Sujie Guan, CPIM, SCOR-P, is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Weee! since November 2020, Sujie creates and manages demand forecasts for refrigeration SKUs while optimizing inventory levels to enhance in-stock rates. Previously, at Red Dot Corporation from August 2018 to October 2020, Sujie developed supply plans and built performance scorecards for suppliers, achieving significant cost reductions and improvements. As the founder of Greedy Fish, Inc., a pet food wholesale company, Sujie successfully grew sales to $1,788,077 in one year. Education includes a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Iowa.
