Raza has held the position of Executive Chairman at Virsec Systems since July 2015 and Chairman of the Board at PeerNova Inc since March 2014. Previous leadership roles include Chairman and CEO at Calient Technologies Inc. and Raza Microelectronics, as well as President and COO at AMD. Raza's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of London.
