Warren Bulger's work experience began in 1995 at Jenner Davey Ltd, where they worked as a Production Welder until 1998. In 1998, they joined Wedge Group Galvanizing Ltd as an Engineer Assistant (training), and then became an Assistant Group Engineer from 2000 to 2002. Warren then moved up to the position of Group Engineer from 2002 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Director of Engineering before being promoted to the role of Engineering Director, where they have been since October 2016.
Warren Bulger's education history begins in 1996 when they attended South Devon Technical College and obtained a National Certificate in Engineering. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they studied at The University of Wolverhampton and received a Higher National Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical). Warren then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) degree in Mechatronics from the same university, completing it in the years 2000-2004. In 2005, they enrolled at The University of Wolverhampton to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Construction Project Management, which they completed in 2007. Warren's education includes professional development as well, as in 2015, they obtained an IOSH Managing Safety certification from ISOH. Lastly, in 2001, they enrolled in the Institute of Engineering and Technology to pursue an Incorporated Engineer degree, though no end year is given for this program.
