Muneer Ahmad currently serves as General Manager for India at Connect since March 2019, following a role as Technical Services Manager managing key strategic accounts. Prior to this, Muneer held the position of Service Delivery Lead at Connect Managed Services from June 2016 to May 2022 and at PC-1 from September 2012 to June 2016, where responsibilities included successfully onboarding a large customer with a smooth transition. Muneer also established the operations in India as Head of Operations, demonstrating a strong ability to convert plans into actionable outcomes. Additional experience includes roles as a Genesys Support Consultant at ProtoCall One and a Genesys CTI Engineer at Thomson Reuters, with earlier positions as a Technical Consultant at GTL Ltd (now Orange Business Services) and Voice Support Engineer at Sasken Communications. Muneer Ahmad is educated at the Board of Technical Education Bangalore.
