Matt Minoia has a robust background in manufacturing and engineering management, featuring extensive experience across multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as ERP Manager at Weco Manufacturing Group since October 2021, previous positions include Business Unit Manager, Engineering Manager, and Account Manager at FTT Manufacturing from February 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, Matt held the role of Project Engineer at Alton Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager at XLI Corporation. Initial career experience includes a lengthy tenure as Production Manager at Quality Tolerance Inc. from August 1989 to January 2006. Matt Minoia completed high school at Aquinas Institute and pursued further education at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
