Teresa (Teri) Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in critical infrastructure protection and project management. Currently serving as a Senior CIP Auditor at WECC, Teresa has previously worked as a CIP Coordinator at NorthWestern Energy and held several positions at Town Pump Company, including Project Director and Project Manager. Additionally, Teresa has experience as an IT Operations Manager and IT Manager for the State of Montana. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration, both earned from the University of Montana.
