Marilyn Mertz has over four decades of experience in education, primarily within mission-oriented and international school settings. Currently serving as MK care at WEC International since June 2000, Marilyn utilizes creativity and teaching skills to prepare children for overseas transitions and cultural adaptation. Previously, from 1979 to 1999 at Vavoua International School, Marilyn taught elementary grades and provided additional support in various extracurricular activities. Early in their career, Marilyn was an art teacher for grades 1-9 at Norristown Area School District from 1972 to 1974, focusing on fostering students' creative potential. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1967 and 1971.
