Jean Gibson is an experienced manager in the energy sector, currently serving as Manager of Energy Efficiency Programs for Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas at WEC Energy Group since July 2019. In this role, Jean oversees the development and delivery of customer-focused energy efficiency programs, leading a team dedicated to maximizing program impacts. Previous positions include Deputy Executive Director - Policy at the Illinois Commerce Commission, where Jean provided leadership across multiple divisions and developed strategic policy proposals, and Director of the Office of Retail Market Development, promoting retail utility competition in Illinois. Jean also held roles at Nexant, Morningstar, Harte-Hanks, Inc., and Schwarz Supply Source, showcasing a strong background in marketing and account management. Jean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
