Andrew Seifert is an experienced professional in customer analytics, currently serving as a Senior Customer Analytics Specialist at WEC Energy Group since July 2016, where prior responsibilities included the role of Customer Analytics Specialist. Andrew's academic background includes a Master of Science in Computing from Marquette University and a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from the same institution. Prior to WEC Energy Group, Andrew worked as a Sustainability Projects Professional at ManpowerGroup, where contributions included drafting content for their annual CSR reports and conducting data analysis for talent planning initiatives. As a Projects Assistant at Marquette University, Andrew played a pivotal role in developing a campus-wide sustainability program and led the creation of the university’s first sustainability report, achieving a "Silver" rating. Earlier experience also includes a marketing internship at Boelter Beverage and a customer care representative role at Saturn of Appleton, where Andrew contributed to recognized sales performance and customer satisfaction.
