Tracy Doran, PMP, has over 15 years of experience in data strategy and operations, currently serving as SMD in the Chief Data Office at Webster Bank since September 2008. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives to align with business priorities, leading the Data Governance Office as a VP to enhance data as an asset within the organization, and implementing agile methodologies. Tracy has a strong background in project management and software development, having served as IT Project Manager and Applications Development Manager, where duties encompassed budget management, stakeholder collaboration, and process innovation. Earlier experience includes a role as Business Analyst at Open Solutions. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Graphic Design Production from Eastern Florida State College.
