Steve Morrison is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Information Technology Administrator at Webster First Federal Credit Union since September 2020, Steve previously worked as an Information Security Analyst II at MapfreUSA from May 1998 to January 2020, where responsibilities included providing Tier 1 support and engaging in network reorganization projects following a merger. Early career positions included roles as an IS Admin at Commerce Insurance Group, an IT Help Desk Technician at Unum, and a Computer Technician at Paul Revere. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester State College and has a strong background in help desk support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network management.
