Jon Gillies is an accomplished DevOps Engineer currently at WebPT since February 2023. With a solid background in software engineering and infrastructure automation, Jon held senior positions at Freedom Financial Network as a Sr. Software Engineer and at Ryver, Inc. as Director of DevSecOps. Other notable roles include Senior DevOps Engineer at Kudelski Security and Early Warning®, and Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer at SkyTouch Technology. Jon's career began as a Senior Cloud Engineer at IO, where Jon led quality and implementation of cloud environments. An experienced systems engineer, Jon contributed to the design and automation of server deployments at Apollo Group and provided architecture oversight for software upgrades at Wells Fargo. Jon's educational background includes a BS in Computer Information Systems from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
