Ethena Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ethena began their career as a Strategic Business Development Specialist at Alpinion Medical Systems from 2014 to 2015. Ethena then worked at Zolo Canada in various roles, including Junior Office Administrator, Office Administrator, Office Manager, and Interim Operations Manager, from 2017 to 2018. Ethena worked as a Product Developer at EQ Works in 2019, where they collaborated with Data scientists and built RESTful API with Node.js and SQL. Ethena also served as a Software Engineer at Coinsquare from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined fabriik as a Team Lead for Payments Service and later transitioned to a role as Software Engineer in Data engineering until 2021. Ethena co-founded Hairliker in 2021 before moving on to become an Integration Engineer at Bolt from 2022. Currently, they hold the position of a Back End Engineer at Webflow.

Ethena Lee has a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Inha University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Ethena also completed a Certification in Emerging Business Leadership from Lambton College in 2015 to 2016. Ethena then pursued a Bootcamp in Web Development at Lighthouse Labs from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Introduction to Bitcoin Theory Certificate 1 from Bitcoin SV Academy in December 2021.
