Kaytlin Joon Davies is currently serving as a Corporate Communications Intern at Weber Shandwick since June 2023 and is a Master Student Member at the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights, collaborating with Microsoft on societal resilience against cyber influence operations. Previously, Kaytlin held various roles at Memo International SA, including International Creative Brand Manager for Floraïku Paris, where responsibilities encompassed brand strategy, communications planning, product development, and budget management. Earlier experience includes positions as a Junior Community Manager and Junior Brand Manager, focusing on consumer relations and marketing strategies. Notable prior roles also include Head of Communications and PR for the Millésime 9th Edition contest at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and Front Desk and Hostess Manager at Buddha-Bar Worldwide. Kaytlin holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL and is pursuing a Master in Science in Responsible Management at the University of Geneva.
