Jorie Williams has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Jorie is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at Weber Shandwick since 2022. Before that, they embarked on a year-long sabbatical in 2021 to explore their passions as a freelance senior copywriter, divemaster, videographer, and adventurer.
Prior to their sabbatical, Jorie worked at Leo Burnett from 2019 to 2021, first as a Copywriter and then promoted to Senior Copywriter. Jorie also had a brief stint as a Freelance Writer, working for herself as a copywriter in early 2019.
Jorie gained valuable experience as a Copywriter at BBDO San Francisco from 2016 to 2018, and as a Copywriter at BYU Broadcasting and BYU AdLab in 2015. Jorie also served as a Zone Manager for Nordic Languages at the Missionary Training Center from 2014 to 2015.
To kickstart their career, Jorie was a Creative Intern at Penna Powers in 2011. Jorie's work experience demonstrates their versatility, creative skills, and willingness to pursue their passions.
Jorie Williams obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
