Michael A. Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable and collections. Currently serving as Accounts Receivable/Collections Senior Lead at Weber Gallagher since July 2011, Michael Scott has effectively led teams supporting over 70 firm billing partners and actively sought improvements to enhance collections procedures. Prior roles include Accounts Receivable/Collections Manager and Specialist at Weber Gallagher, where substantial annual collections exceeding $50 million were achieved. Michael began their career as a Collections Administrator at Dechert LLP, resolving over $18 million in unallocated cash, and has also worked as a Legal Analyst at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and a Legal Billing Analyst at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from Widener University and a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University.
