Saurabh Tendulkar is currently the Assistant Vice President of Global Customer Operations at WebEngage, a role commenced in April 2021, where responsibilities include directing global onboarding, managing professional services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Previously, Saurabh served as the Global Head of Customer Onboarding and Professional Services at WebEngage, overseeing complex implementation projects and delivering comprehensive solutions. Saurabh's experience also includes working as a Customer Success Manager at SquadStack, focusing on customer engagement and success outcomes, and a summer internship in marketing at GeoSpoc. Earlier roles include senior positions in customer success and operations at Equinox Agents and foundational positions in marketing and customer service at Star India and Intelenet Global Services, respectively. Saurabh holds a PGPM in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
