Sergey Leongardt is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development. As Co-Founder and CTO of WEBDOGS since January 2004, Sergey has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction. Prior to this, Sergey served as a Programmer/Analyst at Siemens Enterprise Communications from June 1999 to November 2012, demonstrating a strong foundation in programming and system analysis. Sergey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
