As a Project Manager at WebDevStudios, Xavi enjoys making sure the products they create help solve the client needs while keeping the client and team happy and engaged.

Before making a change to the digital industry, Xavi worked in logistics. The change from logistics to project management makes a lot of sense in terms of organization, lists, following up with teammates, and schedules.

Because of her creative nature, Xavi switched from logistics to digital marketing as an Operations Manager and Digital Marketing coordinator in different marketing agencies. However, she found her real passion in managing software development projects since it involves communication, creativity, problem solving, and organization. She has been working with remote teams for more than six years now and has found a passion for communication. She now devours all communication-related books that come her way.
