Tetiana Bondarchuk has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. Tetiana started at Nestle Business Services Lviv as a Training&Development trainee in 2019. In 2020, they joined WebCreek as a Project Lead Assistant, and was promoted to Project Lead I and Project Lead II. Currently, they are employed at Cieden as a Project Manager/Business Analyst.

Tetiana Bondarchuk obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Lviv Polytechnic National University in 2019, following a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from the same institution between 2014 and 2018. Tetiana has also obtained several certifications, including Google Docs - Advanced from Udemy in 2021, Learning Jira Software from LinkedIn in 2021, Managing Project Stakeholders from LinkedIn in 2021, Software Design: Developing Effective Requirements from LinkedIn in 2021, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2020, Digital Skills: User Experience from Accenture in 2020, Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019, and Project Management: Iterative Methods from LinkedIn in 2019.
