Jessica Yin is an accomplished Assistant Project Manager with extensive experience in managing multi-family residential and commercial construction projects totaling over $300 million in value. Currently at Webcor since September 2022, Jessica previously held the same title at Dellbrook | JKS, The NRP Group LLC, and Toll Brothers Apartment Living, where responsibilities included document management through Procore, budgeting, scheduling, and facilitating team meetings. Jessica's background also includes a co-op role at John Moriarty & Associates, where collaboration with architects and subcontractors was key to a $120 million student dormitory project, as well as experience in project controls at MassDOT and process improvement initiatives at Northeastern University. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
