Marcel Bartling currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Management Board at Webasto Group, a position held since April 2022, while also contributing as a Member of the Board of Directors at Ampure since April 2024. Previously, Marcel Bartling was with HELLA from February 2016 to March 2022, where roles included Executive Vice President and Vice President overseeing Global Segment Actuators. An extensive tenure at Robert Bosch GmbH from January 2006 to January 2016 included positions such as Head of Lean R&D/Digital Value Chain and Director of Product Development for E-Motor/E-Mobility. Earlier experience includes a role at Mercedes-AMG in 2005 as an Expert in Product Development for Powertrain and as an Assistant in Combustion Technology at Labor für Kolbenmaschinen Osnabrück from 2003 to 2004. Marcel Bartling holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management and Leadership from RWTH Aachen University and has completed leadership programs hosted by HELLA and Robert Bosch GmbH, along with a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering/Vehicle Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück.
