Dr. Holger Engelmann has an extensive background in executive leadership within the automotive and plastics machinery sectors. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Management Board at Webasto SE since 2013, Dr. Engelmann previously held the roles of Deputy Chairman and Chief Financial Officer at Webasto AG from 2007 to 2012. Prior experience includes various management positions at Mannesmann Plastics Machinery from 1998 to 2007, culminating in the role of CFO of the Group, as well as different positions at Fichtel und Sachs, part of ZF Group, from 1993 to 1998. Dr. Engelmann earned a doctorate in economics from the University of Cologne, following studies in Münster and Cologne from 1985 to 1990.
