Phillip Hawkins is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Manager at WEB Construction, Inc. since August 2023. Prior roles include Sales Representative at MEI-Total Elevator Solutions, Project Superintendent at APX Construction Group, and Construction Superintendent at Brennan Companies, where oversight of construction projects from kickoff to completion was a key responsibility.
