Larry Houmard has over 17 years of experience in client support and retention roles. Currently serving as Trainer and Team Lead in the Collections Department at Web.com since July 2006, responsibilities include managing and supporting clients with technical issues, service modifications, and billing inquiries, while also focusing on client retention strategies. Prior to this, Larry worked as a Retention Specialist at America Online from June 2004 to May 2006.
