Caroline Pope is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at WeatherGuard Roofing & Restoration since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Account Manager at SOLID Surface Care, Inc., where key responsibilities involved managing national accounts and leading the Customer Touch Program. Caroline also worked as a Rehab Therapist at HealthSource Chiropractic, focusing on patient care and education, and gained valuable experience as an intern in event management with Jessica Rourke Weddings and Events and Meagan Warren Weddings. Leadership skills were honed as an Executive Board Member for Ducks Unlimited and as Chief Page for the South Carolina House of Representatives. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management/Business from the University of South Carolina.
