Michael Chilen has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation, benefits, and total rewards. Michael has worked in roles such as Global Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility at Weatherford, where they developed and implemented a global total rewards strategy, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. Michael also held senior positions at GenOn Energy, where they were responsible for integrating and implementing total rewards strategies for the company, and Oshkosh Corporation, where they led the design and implementation of the global compensation and benefits strategy. Additionally, Chilen has experience in finance, having worked as a Manager of Global Income Securities at Ford Motor Company. Michael began their career at BellSouth (now AT&T), where they held the position of Director of Benefits, leading the redesign of the company's legacy plans.
Michael Chilen completed their BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University from 1978 to 1981. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Accountancy in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1982 to 1983.
