Jitendra Mitra has over 17 years of experience in software development and management, currently serving as GZ Ops & Technical Manager and Software Development Manager at Weatherford since April 2006. Jitendra has successfully established and led a software development team for ForeSite, a next-generation production optimization software, while also enhancing the quality assurance team for testing. In previous roles at Weatherford, responsibilities included serving as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of the ForeSite platform using various technologies, and leading teams for LOWIS software and hardware controllers. Prior experience includes a software engineering position at SoftDEL Systems Pvt Ltd, focusing on industrial automation and gaining expertise in C, C++, and related protocols. Jitendra holds a Master of Technology in Process Control from Netaji Subhas Open University and a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Electronics from Merrut Institute of Engineering and Technology.
