Erik Barrett is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management within the window, door, and fenestration industry. Currently serving as a Territory Manager for Weather Shield Windows and Doors since January 2021, Erik develops high-end window and door sales across the Pacific Northwest. Prior to this role, Erik was an Architectural Consultant at Sierra Pacific Windows, collaborating with architects and providing technical support and presentations. Erik also held positions including Sales and Marketing Professional at John L. Scott Real Estate, and Owner/Publisher at RSVP Publications. With a background that includes leadership roles in both sales and marketing at Sunset Air Inc. and Milgard Manufacturing, Erik has consistently driven growth and innovation across various sectors. Erik earned a BBA in Business, Marketing, and Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
