Tara Stephens has been working in the aviation industry for over 25 years. Tara started their career with British Airways in 1995 as part of their graduate scheme. After a few years, they took a voluntary unpaid leave to help with the business response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Tara returned to British Airways in 2002 and worked as cabin crew until 2020. Tara is currently working for Elevate in an unknown role.

Tara Stephens completed their O levels at Grey Coat Hospital School before going on to study for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Strathclyde. Her MBA was in HR, strategic planning and business.
