Leah Lusted has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Leah joined Elevate in 2018 and currently holds the position of Product Director. Prior to that, they worked at WE as a Global Operations Manager, where they gained experience in partnership development and business development. Leah also worked at Korea Poly School as an English Teacher, where they taught preschool and elementary students. Additionally, they served as a Program Coordinator at Mosaic Sales Solutions and held an internship position as an Event Marketing Specialist and Media Coordinator at CityEvents.

Leah Lusted completed their education at multiple institutions. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Queen's University. Following that, they pursued a Post-Graduate Certificate in Event Management from Humber College in 2013. In 2022, Leah attended BrainStation for Product Management. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Certificate of Completion from Asana in 2020 and a Product Management Principles certification from CIM in 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Product-Led Growth Micro-Certification (PLGC?) from Product School in 2023.
