Sheryl Daija is the Founder and CEO of wearebridge, an association focused on identifying and dismantling structures in the workplace and marketplace that contribute to the Gap in Belonging, Representation, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. Sheryl is also a life and executive coach at Straight Up Coaching, where they guide individuals in accomplishing personal and professional goals. Sheryl previously served as the Chief Strategy Officer and GM Global Events at The Mobile Marketing Association, where they played a key role in increasing revenues and growing the events business. Sheryl was also the Founder and CEO of Power of Peace, the first online portal for Social Interactivism, and held senior positions at IAB, Guggenheim.com, AdForce, and Kensington, where they demonstrated their expertise in marketing, strategy development, and business growth.

Sheryl Daija attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
