Sarika Reich-Rohrwig, P.Eng, PMP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Client Experience at Wealthsimple, starting in October 2023. Previously, Sarika held the position of Director of Customer Care at Walmart Canada from April 2021 to October 2023. Sarika's extensive experience at GE Grid Solutions spanned 18 years, where roles included Director of Global Automation Strategy, Customer Service & Digital e-Commerce, and Director of Revenue Marketing, focusing on demand generation and digital eCommerce initiatives. Sarika also led a global customer service organization, managed engineering teams for custom system solutions, and started as a co-op student at Nortel Networks in various project and technology management roles. Sarika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Memorial University, completed in 2002.
