Bonnie Ting is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Development Manager for the Backend and API Platform at Wealthsimple since April 2024, Bonnie has successfully managed a team, streamlined operations, and integrated GraphQL schema validation to enhance system reliability. Prior to Wealthsimple, Bonnie held various roles at Benevity from May 2019 to March 2024, including Software Development Manager, where responsibilities included driving product initiatives, managing engineering teams, and promoting team health through regular communication and performance monitoring. Bonnie's earlier career included positions at Enrich Software Corp., MTS Allstream Inc., KEANE CONSULTING LTD, Canadian Tire Corporation, Hitachi ID Systems, and Critical Mass, encompassing software development, technical architecture, and leadership roles. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
