With nearly 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, Dawn is an expert and respected leader in the Servicing and Contact Center space. In her most recent position with Sourcepoint, she played a pivotal role in the exponential growth of the company’s business, was instrumental in rolling out its proprietary analytics and customer intelligence tool and oversaw multi-site international operations.
Dawn has held executive leadership positions with Mr. Cooper, Ocwen, Homeward Residential, and Option One Mortgage. She led strategic sourcing and offshoring, customer contact centers, loss mitigation and fulfilment, and community outreach and advocacy, learning and development and talent acquisition.
In 2021, Dawn was named Mortgage Banker Magazine Powerful Women of Mortgage Banking, recognized for her contribution to industry innovation and extensive philanthropy.
