Elizabeth Burrows possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and people management sectors, demonstrating versatility through various roles at We The Collective since March 2012, including People & Culture Administrator, Director of Culture, and Office Manager. Prior to this, Elizabeth held engineering-related positions at Fairmont Pacific Rim, serving as Engineering Manager and Engineering Coordinator, as well as a similar role at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Elizabeth's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Guelph and further studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
