Russ Francome LMSW currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Community Outreach and Clinical Partnerships at We Level Up, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Russ held various leadership roles at AVENUES RECOVERY CENTER, including National Director of Community Outreach and Clinical Partnerships from July 2020 to December 2024, and National Director of Clinical Engagement. Russ has extensive experience in community outreach and clinical engagement, overseeing departments and building relationships with community and treatment providers across multiple locations. Other roles include Executive Board Member at Ncadd Westchester, Regional Outreach Director at 1st Step Behavioral Health Treatment Center, and Clinical Outreach Coordinator for New York and New Jersey at Steps to Recovery. Russ's experience also includes serving as Clinical Director at Maxwell Institute and Program Coordinator for a co-occurring program at St. Vincent's Hospital, as well as working with at-risk youth at Writers Preparatory Academy. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Lehman College and a Bachelor of Social Work from Molloy University.
