Srivani Mugala is an experienced Service Desk Analyst currently supporting the provincial vaccination information and booking support line at Compugen Inc since August 2021. In this role, Srivani assists Ontario residents with COVID-19 vaccination inquiries and issues. Additionally, Srivani serves as a Technical Support Representative at We Know Training and has held various customer service roles, including as a Customer Service Representative at CGI and at Tile's Trend, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot issues with multiple operating systems and provide excellent customer service. Srivani began a career in customer service at Sears and Quilts Etc, and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from two institutions, Sindhura College of Engineering & Technology and JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad.
