Mourad Ait Elhadj has a diverse work experience in the fields of advertising, marketing, and education. Mourad started their career at Marcel Worldwide as an Account Executive, where they managed websites and campaigns for various clients such as Garnier France and Armani. Mourad then worked as an Account Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi, where they managed campaigns for clients including Société Générale and Häagen-Dazs. Mourad also served as an Account Manager at Buzzman, a leading international agency, and FF Group, an independent creative boutique network.
In 2011, Mourad joined DAREWIN as a New Business Developer and Accounts Manager, where they managed the social media launch for Netflix in France and created innovative campaigns for Pathé Cinémas. Mourad then became an Account Manager at SoBuzzee, a boutique advertising agency, leading the agency's transformation to digital integrated offers and winning new business pitches for clients such as McDonald's and EDF.
Mourad also has experience in academic settings. Mourad was a Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing Strategy at ESC Neoma Business School Reims, where they shared their expertise and challenged students with creative digital pitches. Mourad also served as a Professor of e-PR and Influence Marketing at ECS (European Communication School) and as a Professor of Social Media Strategy at Ecole Nationale de Commerce Bessieres.
Their most recent role was as the Lead Brand Partner France at We Are Era (formerly Divimove), a top European influence marketing media group. In this position, they were responsible for developing the French market for the company.

Mourad Ait Elhadj started their education at the Ecole Nationale de Commerce Bessieres from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing and Communication Strategy. Mourad then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising Account Management at IUT Paris Descartes, which took place from 2008 to 2009. Continuing their education, Mourad completed their Master's degree in Digital Communication, Strategic Planning, and Account Management at Université Paris 8 from 2009 to 2011.
