Rex Cyphers is a civil engineering professional with significant experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate Principal at WDP & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. Prior experience includes a position as Staff Engineer at DMJM Harris, as well as serving as a Sergeant in both the West Virginia Army National Guard and the United States Marine Corps.
