Mr. Lam communicates with the client to explore the aesthetic and the function of each project. He also works with the project manager and project architect throughout the production to ensure the project is delivered with high quality in timely manner. Mr. Lam is experienced in the design of a wide variety of building types, including higher educational and student housing, multifamily residential, office building and mixed-use complexes.
