Maria Di Meglio is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in private equity-owned global organizations. Since November 2017, Maria has served as Vice President of Human Resources at WCG, where responsibilities include overseeing the largest operational division in a company specializing in clinical trial solutions. Prior to this role, Maria held significant positions at ConvaTec and Covance, enhancing HR functions in medical products, technologies, and research services. Maria's career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where progressive HR roles were fulfilled, and experience as an HR Generalist was gained at Novo Nordisk A/S. Maria Di Meglio holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School and a BS in Management and Organizational Behavior with a focus on Human Resources from Rider University.
