Anita McCaslin serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for WCG's Review Solutions Division, leading HR initiatives to align with the company's growth and innovation objectives since August 2016. Prior to this role, McCaslin was a Talent Acquisition Consultant for REI and held various key positions at Starbucks from 2000 to 2015, including Director of Global Staffing, Director of Organizational Development, and Director of Human Resources for multiple divisions. Earlier experience includes directorial roles in HR at Continental Mills/Bakery Chef and managerial positions at Viacom Cable, along with early career highlights in Australia. Anita McCaslin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Whole Systems Design/Organizational Behavior from Antioch University Seattle.
