Stephen Hales is an experienced Application Developer currently employed at WCF Insurance since May 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining a Java application for over 500 employees and contributing to new product development for expanding insurance offerings. Prior roles include Associate Application Developer and Software Development Intern, where Stephen created customer relationship management software from scratch using Angular, Spring Boot, and Java. Previous internships at Caravel Associates involved developing a venture risk assessment tool using React, while a teaching assistantship at Brigham Young University focused on C++ data structures.
