Kevin Poole has extensive experience in customer service roles, currently serving as a Receptionist at WCCT Global since December 2013, where responsibilities include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, ordering lunches for meetings, and arranging transportation for study participants. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Knott's Berry Farm from April 2011 to December 2013 in Guest Relations, assisting guests with concerns, selling tickets, and coordinating reservations for groups and VIP tours. Kevin holds two Associate's degrees in Sports Rehab Massage Therapy from Fremont College, completed between 2013 and 2014.
