Jennifer Turnbull is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in case management, adjudication, and customer service. Currently serving as a Case Manager and Adjudicator II at the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba since October 2019, Jennifer manages short-term work-related claims, facilitates return-to-work plans, and determines eligibility for wage loss and medical aid benefits. Previous roles include Claims Service Representative for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and various administrative positions across notable organizations such as Great-West Life and Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corporation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Manitoba and has pursued further education in insurance through the Insurance Institute of Canada.
