Lily Lyman is a General Partner at Underscore VC, an early-stage venture capital firm in Boston, where focus includes the digitization of industries such as Insurance, Digital Health, and the Future of Work. Lyman holds several board positions, including serving on the Board of Directors for WBUR, as Vice Chair of the New England Venture Capital Association, and as a funding board member for the Allston Venture Fund and the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund Program. Additional leadership roles include participation in the Boston Chapter of All Raise, aimed at supporting female founders and funders. Previous experience includes significant roles at Facebook and as a co-founder of NECT, alongside a consulting background at Dalberg Global Development Advisors.
