Lena Hök is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sustainability and innovation, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sustainability and Innovation at Skanska since August 2017. Lena holds additional roles, including Chair of the Skanska Green Bond Committee and Senior Vice President Sustainability for Skanska Group. Lena's commitment to sustainability is reflected in various board memberships, including the Built Environment Pathway Board at WBCSD, and leadership positions at ICC Sweden, BoKlok, Sida, and Star for Life. Prior to Skanska, Lena led sustainability initiatives at Skandia Norden and held communications roles within the company. Lena is a well-educated professional, having completed programs at Uppsala University, IMD, and Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, among others.
