Glennae Williams has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Glennae started their career as a Process Improvement Specialist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where they supported and led Lean Six Sigma efforts to improve departmental processes and achieved significant results, including a department ROI of over $2 million. Glennae then moved on to The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as a System Analyst, where they worked on special projects for the Bureau of Navy Medicine task force, conducting analysis and developing technical requirements for the integration of healthcare data systems.
