Stacy Engebretson is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in news and communications. As of June 2022, Stacy serves as the Assistant News Director at WBAY-TV. Prior to this role, Stacy was a Stakeholder Communications Consultant at ThedaCare from March 2020 to June 2022. Additional experience includes a long tenure at WGBA-TV (NBC 26) as a TV Anchor and Assistant News Director from September 2000 to February 2020, as well as serving as a Morning Anchor and Reporter at WAOW-TV from 1998 to 2000 and as an Anchor and Reporter at KSAX-TV from 1997 to 1998. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications/Broadcast Journalism from St. Cloud State University, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1997, having also attended Minnesota State University Moorhead from 1993 to 1994.
